Year over year prices remain stable, however median sales price for Sept 2025 was lower than Sept 2024.   • Median Home Value: The median sales price in September was $1,050,000 
  • Median Listing and Sold Prices: Homes list price to sold price is 99% which means on average homes are selling very close to list price.
